Ram recently introduced the supercharged 1500 Rebel TRX concept truck at the State Fair of Texas, foreshadowing a new king of off-road trucks. This Baja trophy truck-inspired beauty looks and sounds even tougher.

The 575 horsepower, the 6.2-liter HEMI® V8 engine produces 575 horsepower and will establish the Rebel TRX as the most powerful factory-engineered half-ton pickup ever made, capable of racing at speeds greater than 100 mph. The chiseled, aggressive design is enhanced by distinctive front grille and exaggerated hourglass body are accentuated by huge fender wells.
Available 4x4 Performance Control System uses a link coil rear suspension system that’s shared with the fastest desert racing off-road trucks, and gives traction over five terrain modes. The custom steel bumpers and skid plates protect against off-road accidents, and two full-size spare tires strapped to the bed serve to enhance the trophy truck look.
Don’t worry, Ram saved a little flair for the interior. With suede seats that are designed to cling to cloth, a six-point Racing harness for every passenger, and a paddle shifter, the Rebel TRX will keep everyone comfortable and rooted to their seats.
The Ram 1500 Rebel TRX concept will continue Ram’s reputation for trucks that play as hard as they work.
